Delivery of products and vouchers.
We send your product and voucher orders by registered post to reduce the risk of it getting lost in the post.
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your Order is going to, but also the name of its recipient. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your Order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
Orders for Gift Vouchers with a value of between €10 and €250 can be sent to a secondary address if desired. However, orders that exceed €250, up to a maximum value of €1000 can only be delivered to the cardholder’s registered billing address.
We use An Post for the majority of our deliveries but will use other services where appropriate. Delivery charges vary according to the An Post charges as specified below.
- Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends & public holidays.
- Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Orders over €30 will require a signature.
Ella West reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at it’s discretion if it feels the policies are being abused.
The salon reserves the rights to ask customers to pay for the cost of the services in advance.
